I AM Poem

I am amazingly connected

I wonder how it would be to travel the universe

I hear the voices of my ancestors

I see possibilities in each rainbow

I want to feel the cool breeze by the ocean and the swaying palm trees

I am amazingly connected

I pretend to soar like the eagle

I feel the divine connection guiding my path

I dream of a future world where the spirit is free to roam and the body is non existent

I try to be as balanced in mind, body and spirit

I hope my voice carries like the wind and heard like a drum beat

I am my father's daughter
