TOMORROW @9am- Power Vinyasa Class * Hips and Arms

Even though Vinyasa yoga is a total-body practice, your arms are frequently used in supporting roles to push your hips up in several poses in your practice, and even help you balance your body.

Most people when they think about yoga, they think about hips! And for this class, we'll take on classics hip-supportive poses and "openers", at the same time adding some simple modifications and options.
